      I was in downtown San Antonio for my very first time. And this building was absolutely strikingly beautiful in the daylight and at night. I didn't actually go inside nor do I have their services at Frost Bank anywhere but the building just enraptured me.

      The past two times I’ve been inside this location, the front desk staff seem somewhat unfriendly. Other than that they are very professional. The online banking experience and phone customer service is excellent however. Update: Our business applied for the PPP business loan on April 3rd, the day it was approved. We were literally among the first to apply and had many issues. After a couple of weeks I called to explain my situation to their customer service management. They put me in contact with a great business lender who got us approved and processed quickly just before the funds from the government ran out. They literally helped me in a big way to save my business from going under during uncertain times.
