Professional, non judgemental, for all people and proactive when you see something on you account statement that is not correct. I have never felt so much security before until in june . I had been been charged 42$ every month for 6 months and made to believe it was necessary by a company and finally after a call to them and looking on my account realized when i was charged for then was told i was done with the charges and then charged but it was 2 cents off i went to my frost bank and right then and there new card was made the old one destroyed. Filled out the form with a banker for fraud and reimbursed for the charges not 1 month but all of them.I didnt have all the info i was needing i thought for any refund and i thought it would take months.she just said I need to email her all the info i had at home by email and i did. Then received a letter from frost verifying it the next week. That was a good feeling that i was at the right place. Thank you frost bank for still believing in good people are out there . And what customer service really is.

If I could I would have given It -5. their front desk with out explanation. A NO welcome and while you standing! 😲. Asks you for to provide him all that's needed for opening accounts which is seriously a big joke nowadays and with really bad attitude gives you the feeling that he really works so stressful and tired whom needs to be replaced. There are many good people out there looking for job!!! C'mon. There are many banks in TEXAS!

Horrible customer service. Took 4 days to return a call then stated how many checking account you have? Very rude. Never banking there again
