      I've recommended Dustin to clients multiple times, but when it came to choosing a lender for myself, DUSTIN WAS MY GUY!! Dustin and his team are attentive, communicative, and made my loan process easy to navigate! My questions were answered promptly, and I was constantly kept in the loop. The online application and portal are user friendly, making the entire process more than manageable. 5 stars just isn't enough! I would 100% use Dustin and the Frost Mortgage team again!!!

      Pretty cool that they were down to be my first lender for my first time buy. Not cool that they were obviously in cahoots with the real estate agent as expected. The most important factor that got me was one of the mortgage lenders told me not cash out my assets to pay for the down payment to just wait a little but the more we waited the more they declined from their peak and soon I lost my DP. Now that I'm down on my luck that duplex would have been a blessing right now...

      Dustin and Kassie were great to work with. Everything was done online, and we didn’t have to go to the office. Very easy process. *updating my review* the bank PRMI that frost mortgage got us with is not good at all. We made our first payment a month early. Everything was good. Ended up getting a letter stating that they sold our mortgage to a new company Cenlar. I’ve been trying to contact this Cenlar bank and no one has my info. Today in the mail I get a letter saying it’s acutally Mr. Cooper mortgage. Now our first payment is actually due, no one knows where my payment is. The bank that PRMI forwarded my payment to is not our new mortgage company. It is completely different. They didn’t even know now we were with Mr. Cooper, not a cenlar.
