      I was not acknowledged when I entered the bank .I've attempted to use the branch several times and the staff are like The Mean Girls from the movie. This post has nothing to do with my account or transactions it has everything to do with customer service ,there is none! I will drive to the Germantown Rd branch or Cordova just to get a smile and hi how are you .This branch needs a training course in how to greet the customer ,and basic social skills .A Smile and going the extra mile means everything when dealing with the public.I had heard this from other FSNB customers as well they will drive a great distance to avoid the crabfest going on at this branch .Do better !

      The worst bank ever!! All the women do in the office is cackling and laughing. They can never cash a check and it uses a 3rd party to cash checks. The wait time is forever. I’m definitely switching banks. This is the 2nd time they couldn’t cash a check and I’m a bank member
