I wanted to get on here and just say we highly recommend FSU credit union especially Ms. Sydney at the Crawfordville branch. She was so helpful with a deposit that had gotten messed up in Tallahassee and she made sure she fixed it right away, she was very professional and good spirits. We love FSU credit union and the great customer service. And thank you Sydney for all your help!

I've been a long time customer and have always had great service, but wanted to specifically recognize Kristi McKenzie today. I know her outside of the bank and reached out for some help on some general info on cashier's check, as someone was going to be making a large purchase from us and we wanted to make sure it was a legitimate payment. Even on her day off work, she was extremely helpful and went out of her way to offer valuable information and reach out to the branch for further assistance. This is going above and beyond for customers! We appreciate her dedication to service.
