Nic was thoroughly helpful today. I’m a long term credit union customer and have had no issues with customer service since I started banking with FSUCU in 2016. Nic helped me postpone my car payment in a time of need. I would recommend this credit union to anyone in Tallahassee.

I want to thank this man name David he is a good loan officer he will tell you the truth what he can do what he can’t do he is a good person for this job he is a people person he put his hold heart in his job to help people he listens to your problems what yoi need do get done I been to alot of bank for help this bank is the only one help me out have me a chance anyone who need a loan in want to feel at home when you come to this bank come in see David the loan officer

When Venmo erroneously drew from FSUCU for a week, it took 10 transactions for FSUCU to call me and inform me of the $320 charges for overdraft. That is not cool. If you talk to them long enough on the phone, they will give a "Courtesy" refund of only a quarter of the charges. If you keep pressing, they will give you a another "Courtesy" quarter back. Why have outrageous charges and no clear policy of application?
