  HIGHLY RECOMMEND Full Circle Home Loans!! We were referred by my uncle who has a lot of experience with purchasing and refinancing properties and Full Circle was deserving of the recommendation and good review. My family had a very unique situation with one of my parents becoming significantly ill right as I was assisting them in exploring refinance. Every loan is unique, but I feel my parents had special circumstances with me serving as the Power of Attorney for my parent that was ill and in the midst of Covid protocols. My parents' loan was also a VA loan with additional hoops. Seth responded even on the weekends. They have great flexibility to accommodate my crazy work schedule as best as possible. Bernie was amazing walking through a few barriers with our unique situation in working with the underwriter and title company. It was apparent to me that they had a good relationship with the title company and everyone was very understanding of my parents' situation. We even paused on the loan at one point due to my parent not doing well medically. I felt like I was working with people who actually cared about our situation, my parents, and our needs. I even enjoyed the follow-up call with Summer after the closing of the loan to give feedback. Again, our situation was rough and extra special, but Bernie communicated with integrity and worked to do all she could to help us get to the finish line. I am EXTREMELY thankful we chose them to assist us and will definitely be reaching out for any other mortgage needs. I have a goal to be able to purchase my own home one day after I get my parents squared away. When that time comes - I'll be contacting Full Circle.

(4) Once we entered escrow, Seth's entire team was incredibly detailed and helpful, guiding us along the way through our mortgage contingency process.
