      Beyond the worst loan officer ever ! Julius S. Sharpe ! I specifically explained everything to him clearly only for him to run my credit anyway then call me saying I can’t get a loan for a stupid reason he could’ve explained BEFORE running my credit ! Then took days to get back to me . Go else where DONT waste your time !

      This is not where I opened my account, but I have done several transactions at this bank. For the most part ok, though the manager seems standoffish, and I was there a few weeks ago to file a dispute with a company that charged my card, never got a reply, so I called and was then told that it had to go through the business.
