The employees at this branch are always friendly and helpful. I enjoy banking here! If I could ask for one thing to change, it would be that someone would always answer the phone during business hours. I understand not always being able to grab the phone, but this happens to me often. I’d be fine with having them answer “Please hold”, at least I know someone is there and will help me when they get free. Otherwise, no complaints!
