      For the most part the homes built by fulton homes are pretty good, other than the cabinets. Work order has been in the system for 3 months and the cabinets have been falling apart,cracking,and never completed. There's still tape with descriptions from the final walk through...

      A beautiful location, right near the US60 & 303 CROSSROADS. Take note of the built in community waterpark. This extension is a major value-add and we are excited to live there! Considering the rapidly increasing real estate market in AZ, I anticipate building a Fulton home to be a healthy activity for the discerning (and patient - damn Covid) buyer.
