      I dont know what it is but I have a much better experience on the phone and in person at the Central square location than I do in fulton. Very friendly, helpful staff

      Manager stated "I don't have to give you anything" for a change order when I was questioning about new policies. So if you're looking to change 100's to 5's, etc., go to a different bank because they'll give you a bad attitude like you're a hardship. Wouldn't have an issue with the bank if not for the manager's bad attitude.
