  Your response to my review is quite comical. "they have reached out to you over email." I haven't received an email and this is yet another example of why Funding Circle is absolutely terrible to deal with. Even in the review there is another empty promise from from this bank. I am not going into the details of my problems with Funding Circle because I've already wasted enough time in my life with this company, but hopefully previous customers like me will continue to review this company to show the public up front what to expect.

  I am fascinated this institution can respond to an online review this quickly. I presume your online presence is more important than peoples finances. Funding Circle's response to important financial matters won't be responded to for over a week or longer, if you are lucky. I highly recommend NOT doing business with this institution.

  I havent needed funding before, and got a loan from these guys. The process was ok, it wasnt cheap, but i needed it. The reason why i'm writing this poor review is the service afterwards. Its tough getting anything done with this group, change address, change of autodraft, or in this case requesting an amortization schedule for taxes. The last guy (and most times when i call) i talked to....bless his heart sounded like it was his first day on the job...Not sure what they are doing with all there profits, but its not being spent on customer service. If you want some nice service post loan, look elsewhere.
