  As far as the comment left by Christina J, the reason your loans did not close had nothing to do with me . The appraisals came in extremely low , not one BUT TWO were done on each purchase she was trying to do , The numbers were not profitable to get the loan done, that is not my fault , I tried explaining that to her, you would think if she had 20 years of real estate experience she would know that. I also have not ghosted her , I have taken EVERY single one of her calls. When you read these comments on line you have to take them with a grain of salt, I cannot make EVERYONE happy, I can only do my best, I work 7 days a week, 12 to 14 hour days , to keep in constant contact with my clients, when a deal cant get approved , its not on me. I have many happy clients that come to me for every deal, I cant do it all I just do my best , sometimes that is just not good enough for some people.

  Debbie is one of the most competent and professional brokers I've ever worked with. The volume of business she does is tremendous, and her willingness to work hard to ensure her loans close, is unmatched by anyone else in the industry.

  Debbie over promised and under delivered. I am out of thousands of dollars dealing with this company. Debbie couldn't close the Front door. I have never out of my 20 years experience in Real Estate ever had deals actually close and not get funded. Debbie sabotage the closed deals and is now a ghost. Very unprofessional & lack of communication.
