I am current tenant at the Tuscany which is managed by Gallina and I brought up concerns with management at Tuscany, which then the supervisor for Gallina answered to. In response to my complaints they threatened to not renew my lease. Then they started charging me fees that they had never charged me before including a $30 late rent fee (rent was due Sunday and I paid it Monday) and fees for blinds which up until my complaints, they had provided for free. Jaclyn Gullick, the property supervisor, gave Gallina a 5 star google review after I wrote this review, and shortly after that refused to renew my lease.

I have lived in various Gallina properties! Loved them all! Their Professionalism, friendliness and overall concern for everyone's well being is awesome! The staff at Tuscany was truly amazing!!! When and if I return to apartment living, I will contact them first. I want to thank them with all my ❤️
