DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. For the last 5 months and still ongoing this company refuses to pay out on the gap insurance I bought. I totaled my motorcycle in July and since then have been told multiple thing on why my file was denied. Originally I was told that they calculate the amount they owe at the time of crash based off of the current value of the bike. The contract states they will pay up to 125% of that value. That quickly changed to I over financed and they won't pay more than 125% of the original value. The remainder of the loan was the value of the bike at time of purchase and they refuse to acknowledge it. They will take your money and leave you on read. Biggest scam ive ever payed for. They even had the gall to tell me it wasnt denied but they wont pay the loan. Absolutely abysmal customer service. They will take your money and leave you on read. Caution to anyone who has a warranty or insurance through this shady business. Absolute scam.

I purchase a bass boat from Texas marine. In process they sold me a policy that would give me warranty to everything on boat. After having boat for a few months I traded boat and bought me a new one. Cancel the warranty and requested my refund to Texas marine on August 1st. I then was told by other dealer to contact the company the warranty was through spoke to a gentleman name Rick Pintar as he handle the cancelation. Today is October 7th still no refund returned which should be 4K. I got a call to tell me they have mailed it and it’s being sent to dealers and banks. Rick was told loans was paid in full and sent them our address. It was all ignored and we still have no refund. We requested names and phone numbers to call who would have this check and nothing has been sent. If this warranty ever got presented to me again I’d say no just because of how this has turned out to be to get my refund back.
