      Literally the best group of people working there, I was in there around 830 ish last night and everyone was very helpful and super nice, clean store, and felt very comfortable. One of the guys with a Mohawk that works there, was the nicest person I’ve ever met and has very excellent customer service skills as did the rest of the guys. Awesome group and store

      If i could put 0 stars I would. Horrible experience. I bought a ferrari xbox one steering wheel from them yesterday and it smells like straight cigarettes i called them to ask if i could return it and they said i can only get store credit for it. Then i asked if they had another wheel that didn’t make my hands smell like cigarettes and they said they don’t have another wheel. What am i gonna do with $50 store credit. They also said i had 90 days to return it if there’s anything wrong with it and there’s something wrong with it but they wont let me return it

      Absolutely and unequivocally the best game store in Louisville. Some of the best prices you will find,as well as some of the friendly staff. As well as the manager Ellie, has outstanding with customer service.
