  As an attorney, I have dealt with numerous professional services companies. Connor Lindsay and Garden State Home Loans were *incredible*. We got through the entire refinance in record time. Connor and the rest of the team were so amazing at keeping us updated and answering our questions. Although our loan officer was Aaron, we dealt primarily with Connor Lindsay. Connor truly made us feel secure in putting our refinancing needs in the hands of Garden State. I would have zero hesitation recommending Garden State Home Loans to anyone seeking a mortgage or refinancing in South Jersey. Thank you!

  Really appreciate the $1533.00 bill I just got from my attorney. My divorce settlement agreement was ignored and I was forced to provide a letter drafted by my divorce attorney and signed by ex- spouse. No letter, no loan. As if that wasn’t enough- poor communication and unprofessional. I had to send documents multiple times, settlement scheduled twice without being cleared to close both times, interest rate lock expired due to title company so had to pay additional fees, paid homeowners insurance twice as they didn’t verify dates/figures or update paperwork before closing If I heard, “I understand your frustration and we want to get your loan over the finish line” one more time… By the seventh time it was insulting. Go elsewhere.
