      Small—and not in a good way. The loan officer I worked with seems to have decided my business wasn’t worthy of his time to complete a PPP loan,. I would have much preferred he simply suggest I go elsewhere. Instead, he doesn’t bother to respond, which has cost me time and may have shut me out of my ability to obtain it. Small, yes. Small minded and discriminatory.. Find a professional bank(er), you’ll be better off.

      This bank is a joke and will scam you out of every penny possible especially senior citizens. Their cut off window is also 5 pm so if you work till 5 guess you’re paying an overdraft fee. Same reason if you make an atm deposit it doesn’t post until AFTER 5 the next day so they can charge more people $32 per transaction! Fkn scammers!
