      I used to love my bank but I know in the last 6 months at least it must be the new management because anymore customer service has went down to zero. make it short and sweet my checking account didn't show nothing pending showed money in my account next thing you know I have two late charges I called and all I hear is excuses, so with their excuses and they're messed up system they took my last $64 to my name, least to say I will never recommend this bank to any of my friends or family ever again

      Brady Ash at Gate City Bank was super helpful. There were unapproved charges on my wife's card. Brady immediately helped us to retore the funds back into her account. We were so relieved that he was able to help us in a quickly manner.
