We switched to Gate City a couple years ago after having our account hacked several times at our old bank. Not only is Gate City's banking app and security great, the loan and mortgage departments are top notch too! I highly recommend Gate City for all your banking needs!

I have banked at gate city for 4 years and haven't had an issue with any other branch besides this one. Went to take out a loan for an RV, the lady helping us was rude from the start. Wasn't explaining things clearly, was not happy to be helping us, the tone of her voice was like she was annoyed with my fiance and I from the beginning. Unfortunately I ended up pulling the application because she wasn't explaining why I couldn't get a loan for even 80% the full amount. (I make more than enough to.) I ended up going through a different bank and had 0 problems and everything went smoothly.

Rip off bank that take money and tell you to look at fine print. don't go here until you want your money taken for pointless fees. Your better off with your money in shoe boxes.
