      This is the absolute worst bank! I have been banking with this bank since I was 18 years old and over the last 3 years I have received the WORST customer service I've ever experienced with this place the shiloh branch needs to be CLOSED or moved back to Swansea. They do not answer the phones after 4:00 p.m., the virtual ATM box is trash you can hardly hear the worker (one in particular) I have to cut the car off and literally put my face in the camera and she carry one as if it don't bother her. This is my 3 ATM card from this branch and it's coming off as if I am annoying them about what's mine. I will be closing my accounts ASAP.
