      Amazing team, Katie got our property financed and closed just in the nick of time. Relocating is tricky but this staff knows how to get to the finish line. Totally recommend and will call for our future transactions.

      At first the representative was encouraging that the loan process would be smooth. Three weeks after filling out the loan application I had to call them to ask what the statis was. The representative asked me resend information because "he gets a lot of emails" and couldn't find the original. This occurred several times. The impression I have is they are disorganized and inefficient, even unproductive. They have wasted a great amount of my time. Don't waste your valuable time with Gateway Mortgage's dysfunctional process.

      Terrible bank. DO NOT USE THIS MORTGAGE LENDER. Reasons why, I have yet to receive a Monthly statement and I’ve had my account for a year, I called the customer service phone line and an automated system answers saying, “we can’t answer your call at the moment because all of our employees are in a meeting”, clearly the customer does not come first for this LENDER.
