      Gateway is a horrible company. I have been trying to get PMI removed from my account for 2 years (after I was informed that my property value, per THE TAXING AUTHORITY, has exceeded their loan-to-value ratios). I have provided the requested information on 3 occasions. Each time, a new set of requirements has been presented. Most recently, I was told that the value of my home needed to be at least $315k in order to remove PMI. The taxable value that I pay property taxes on is roughly $450k. The BPO that I provided gave RECENT LOCAL COMPS, and came in at over $500k. Yet, the home I purchased for $250k still requires PMI. DO NOT WORK WITH GATEWAY!
