  We worked with Paul for almost a year while waiting on a new construction home. As young business owners, Paul gave us guidance on what we needed to do to be able to acquire financing and answered all questions we had throughout the process. Communication was easy and he fought for our loan when he didn’t have too. As I am currently writing this on my new comfy couch in my dream home, I really appreciated the time and effort he put into our process of buying our first home. Thank you Paul!!!

  Paul was our lender. He was AMAZING, along with his team. The 1 thing that stood out with them were the videos Paul would send to walk you through what was going on. Over the top! We're 1st time buyers an the stories I've heard in the past were horrifying but honestly gateway an Paul an his team made it way too easy. Hands down highly recommended.
