  The reviews prior to mine are obviously people who have never worked with Jessica. I have financed three homes over the course of the last 4 years with her and she is wonderful! One of the kindest, most caring individuals I have ever had the pleasure of meeting! The loan process with Gateway was seamless, we closed on time, well under 30 days. I wouldn't dream of working with anyone else.

  I made a call to your company last week and spoke to your employee Jessica who treated me extremely rudely. I have never had someone who worked for a professional company act so unprofessional. I was asking questions about mortgages and she seemed extremely annoyed with just answering my questions. I even heard her whisper “just shut up already” while I was talking. So I will not be using your company. I will also be letting my friends and community know about my experience. This is a small town and word travels fast. I think you should rethink who you have representing your company.
