      I worked with Mike Lupia of Gateway's Pearland office. After talking to a couple of mortgage brokers that didn't seem to want to return calls, I was referred to Mike. He is awesome to work with! He was on top of everything right through closing. Self-employment is not always easy to work with, but Mike knows his business and everything worked out just like he said it would. We closed last week. Gateway's procedures also worked flawlessly. Everyone at that office was excellent to work with. In this real estate market, you need to have a solid team working for you. I highly recommend Mike to anyone shopping for a home.

      My husband and I bought a house almost 2 years ago, was suggested that we use Toby Binkley and Gateway in which has been a nightmare from the beginning. Toby has yet to return any communication since we closed, lied to us about processes and will not help Gateway remove a lien on our property and he has gotten every email the terrible lady at Gateway has sent. I would never recommend anyone to Toby Binkley or Gateway, they don't care about customers or people in general, after they get your money you no longer matter!
