Very disappointed and disgusted with their customer service. Very stressful experience for a first time buyer. Once they took my information I couldn’t get a hold of them, no phone calls no emails. They totally ignored me for 3 weeks, I couldn’t get my questions answered. I gave the them all my personal information without meeting with anybody and I felt that this whole Gateway mortgage group was a scam. Very disrespectful people! I wanted to really trust someone helping me with purchasing a home and I felt betrayed. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone to even consider giving them a call. Total disaster! Instead of explaining to me exactly how it works they made it look like I’m not serious of a buyer and me and my family felt horrible! They wasted 3 weeks of my time and did nothing!
