  Hands down best and easiest mortgage group out there. Steve and his team were amazing. Every question we had was answered and all the details were explained in a way that was very easy for us to understand. His team is very experienced in what they do, so any unexpected things that come up were handled promptly and efficiently. This was a first time buying experience for me so I was doing a lot of research before going with Gateway. I talked with a lot of other companies and banks and I can't even begin to tell you how happy I am that I chose Gateway. I was always able to get ahold of Steve whenever I needed to and him and his team truly made me feel like I was important to them, not just another customer. If you're trying to decide between Gateway or someone else, save yourself the time. Go with these guys, you wont regret it.

  VETERANS BEWARE: If I could go back I would not use them. Were super helpful when securing our business but once they had us locked in the loan, not much help and getting the run around. Not only that Navy Federal took into consideration our sellers payment toward current years taxes to reduce the loan amount and broke even on our escrow the first year. Not the same experience with Gateway and lack of service so instead we will have a credit in our escrow at the end of the year rather than our calculated budget from what our experience was with other Mortgage Companies. Because of this we will be getting out from Gateway the first chance we get and let all our veterans friends know to avoid them. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

  One of the best Mortgage Company's in the area. Steve and his staff worked with us very professionally and answered all questions that we could think of. After four years of looking we finally have a place to call home.
