      Heidi never responded to any emails or calls until weeks later. This was repetitive, not a one time case. Sent wrong information to companies I needed Insurance sent to. Never copied me on emails after requests to do. So unprofessional. Asked for certain things to be done and wouldn’t get to it after weeks! Unbelievable! Cost me my pay checks being withheld due to these issues. Now I have switched my company insurance and who I am dealing with now is on top of it all and responsive! Communication is key and it was terrible working with Heidi.
