If you hire this company for your home loan make sure you do not work with Sheila Martinez. I recently made the mistake of using Ms. Martinez to buy my first home and it was the worst customer service I have ever experience. The inspector identified an issue with one of the A/C units and the seller agreed to repair the issue. We closed on the home on a Thursday and move in the next day. I immediately noticed that the master room was not cooling down. The next day I emailed the loan officer and Ms. Martinez to ask them what I could do about the unit not being repaired properly. The loan officer emailed back saying that this was an issue that the realtor could help me with because it was a preexisting condition. I did not hear anything from Ms. Martinez until I follow up with her. Ms. Martinez replied that she had just gotten back from Guatemala and that she was working on the issue with some lawyers. A week passed by and I never heard back from her again. I followed up with her and to my shock she replied in all caps " GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR FAMILY" in other words leave me the hell alone. Very unprofessional to say the least. All I wanted was an explanation on what were my rights on the expensive issue. Ms. Martinez did not even had the courtesy to do that. I understand that we had closed on the home already but an explanation on what were my rights, since it was a preexisting condition, is all I wanted. This is not how you treat people.
