EXCELLENT Customer service. Brought in a used revolver to sell that was originally sold to me in bad condition from another agency. The service helped me fix it and then bought it for a fair price. Well worth the drive from Cleveland.

I love this place !!!! Have been a customer for many years, primarily on the purchasing side,.. Have always been satisfied with my purchase "after a bit of negotiations " lol🤪 The people that work there are knowledgeable and polite, ...can even be fun and funny . I would ,and have recommend this shop to others.... I especially like the diversity of the employees, as to knowledge, gender, and ethnicity...🤗.. GOOD job on that !... The inventory is diverse as well, with something to appeal to most interests....... Too many pawn shops out there with bad attitudes😡, and shifty employees 🤡 . .... THIS SHOP ISN'T ONE OF THOSE.... YES, I will be going back !!!!!
