  Trying to get a car loan, spoke to Armando over the phone and assured my husband and I that everything has gone through. After waiting almost a week, we had to go to branch office because he wouldn't answer calls. He then tells us that there were issues with loan. A one star is been generous.

  OMG, the mgmt is RIDICULOUS! I lost my ATM card and needed one ASAP. They told me I have to wait seven days, or if I wanted same day, I had to pay a fee of 35.00. On top of that, my license had just expired TWO DAYS before, so they refused to help me until I get it renewed. I was there for about 45 mins with NO RESULTS! I then drove to a different GECU, told them my situation and NO QUESTIONS asked. I was handed a new ATM card FOR FREE right then and there. And the teller was nice enough to help me, that when he gave me my license back, he said, "Be sure to get our license renewed, it expired TWO days ago" So he noticed and was still kind enough to help me. The staff is ALWAYS nice, but mgmt...not so much.
