      Would have never thought a credit union would have such a poor attitude toward customer service. No where in the information provided about equity loans does it mention that GEFCU does not offer equity loans on pier and beam homes. After building a custom home, on pier and beam, as opposed to a foundation we were denied the loan. I talked to several representatives expressing my disappointment and not a single one apologized and assured me they would see to it that this information would be added to the equity loan information as to prevent future customers from wasting their money, time, and energy. Instead they acted like I had wrong them by not building my house their way...
