  They are not only willing to work with you, they are also always there for you! They truly care about their customers and I will recommend them to any and everyone! Ali did so much in helping me out when I needed it most and kept me updated everyday throughout the process! Overall, this is a great group of people who provide the best customer service I have ever seen come from a buy-here pay-here company!

  Highly recommend Gem! I’ve worked with other financing companies for cars and they have a tendency to be rude and harass you if you’re a day late. We’ve been customers for 3 years and they’ve always been willing to work with us if something came up. We had a lot of issues come up with the car we purchased 3 years ago and we had put a lot of money into fixing and replacing things. I thought since it was a used car and we still had some payments we were stuck until it was paid off. We went in to see if there were any options and they went above and beyond to make sure we were able to get a safer and more dependable option. The wrote off the amount we owed on our first car and since we’d been customers for awhile and had a good payment history we were able to get a lower interest rate and did not have to come up with a down payment. I am so grateful they were able to help us get a new vehicle. It’s newer and less mileage than what we had. Thank you so much for how you value and help your customers!

  I absolutely LOVE Gem Financial , they are by far the best auto place I’ve worked with , Allie goes above and beyond for her customers , and I am forever grateful for her ❤️
