      Gem Title has gone above and beyond to help us with our closing. I have never posted a Google Review but I feel they deserve the credit and everyone needs to know how accommodating they are. Closing on a house is very stressful but they made it so easy. Thank you Norma and Susan! Fantastic job.

      My husband and I closed on our home June 1st and paid the closing fees required at their office with a cashiers check and then signed our documents and received the keys. Today we get an email that they did not receive the money and will be filing a lawsuit. When we tried calling the person there mailbox is full and cannot accept messages. Can you imagine the terror we feel to get an email 6 months after living in our home that they lost our money and now they are going by to sue us because of it. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company and unprofessional to not even have a voicemail box. There’s no way we could’ve signed papers and received our keys if we didn’t hand them a cashiers check so for them to try and say that they never received a payment makes no sense.
