I brought in a item a piece of gold that clearly stamped 14k hard to see. They clearly didn’t look. Then testing it they say it’s 10k. I told them why stamp it 14k. They double check and it is 14k. Even after there they tested it and lied to me . So I suggest anybody that goes here be careful they will rip you off. Only till I called them out on it did they check and it was only 2 seconds to come up with it being clearly marked . Definitely last bussiness I will have with this establishment. Also brought in a platinum ring and they wanted to say it was 10 karat white gold. Be careful out there people they aren’t there for the right reasons.

Just went in.ask the manger John.If he would sale the Star wars light saber. For $60.00..He said !!!! Yes.Took my money..Then made a phone call to get the item number for the recipe. HE was told it sales for more on eBay. AND TOOK IT BACK. I WILL NEVER BUY ANY THING FROM ANY JEMS AND LOANS AGAIN. YOU CAN NOT TRUST THEM👎👎👎
