      This review is for both genco locations in waco tx. They're ok. Staff is nicer at the bellmead location. But don't think they're willing to help you if you need it because this bank does NOT care. I love my other bank, Verabank.

      I’ve had so many problems with this bank from long deposits to somehow always getting my replacement card lost after my old one expires. I’ve had to wait almost 2 months in those cases just to have a card to use the money in my account. Avoid this trap and find a better bank
