      folks at the branch are nice, but if you have to call for an appointment, which you do if you have an HSA there, be ready to waste up to an hour on hold. Its ridiculous. There is a 1-800 number and a number with 513 area code, both keep you on hold forever. I am currently on hold for the third time today, first call was 10 minutes until I have up, second call was 14 minutes, this one is over 14 minutes....now I could skip scheduling an appointment and just walk in, but then you have to sit and wait for someone to deposit the money into the HSA accounts. Cant be done by a teller...frustrating.

      Very easy to work with and I love their interactive teller during business hours. You drive up like you are going to an ATM, but you get a live person on the screen which makes things personal. You also have an ATM card for after hours use.
