      Save yourself the trouble and bank through someone else. Do not accept a loan from here. June 2nd I called to make my final car payment. I got a collection notice in the mail instead of the title to my car. Long story short, I was informed me that the lady I spoke to on the phone to make the final payment entered in the numbers wrong! Wow. Therefore, the payment never took out and on their end said my bank account was closed. And nobody even called to tell me! I've received two collection notices even after sending over tons of information that they requested. Information including the amount of money I had in my account on June 2nd... Which shouldn't be any of their business. Matter of fact, I just called them again (hold time is approximately 30 minutes) and was told all they needed was my account and routing number. WHICH THEY ALREADY HAVE. So I'm sitting here waiting on someone to reach out to me for over a week when all they needed was for me to CALL AGAIN AND TELL THEM TO TAKE A PAYMENT FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT. AGAIN. I am so fed up with this bank and honestly think they need to waive my last car payment that I had tried to pay over a month ago. Save yourself the stress. Not to mention when I moved out of state, they lost the title to my car. So that was a hot mess too. This place needs new management.

      I waited 51 minutes and never got a hold of a customer service representive. On the 1800 number.Called local Cincinnati number...waiting again probably another hour. Why would you have customers wait hours for a question...I'm a new customer.I'm sorry but I don't like spending hours waiting to talk to someone.
