I have been banking here for just under a year now. I was suggested here from some family and really enjoyed the fair rates from some of the savings accounts here. Recently, just last month I ran in to my first issue here where the virtual teller/ATM crashed as I was depositing money. It was pretty nerve racking at first that the virtual teller wasn’t sure what happened, but I recieved some amazing customer service from the staff who resolved the issue while I went on about my day. I was credited my money within an hour of the issue. TLDR, great rates, great customer service, and a great atmosphere inside the building. Couldn’t suggest this place more.
