  Picked up a 2023 GV70 today, I spoke to Butch, from the get go was very transparent and knowledgeable about all the cars they work with. I left with a deposit and came back after 2 days to pick up my new Car, no hassle, no upsell, in and out (about 1 hour). Amazing experience and customer care. Even in todays crazy car market Genesis Brooklyn Kept prices fair and are willing to work with you! To top it all off after purchasing the car, Savannah helped set up the car and the app, and gave me all the information I needed about the car and the features it came with, she was very kind and knowledgeable as well. What a great overall experience!

  It’s unfortunate that I can not give this dealership zero stars. After switching from Range Rover to the GV80, I was promised valet service with a loaner along with many other promises. I’ve been attempting to make a service appointment for 3 weeks, sending multiple requests in the app, calling Brooklyn Service and advised that there is no loaner available for me, no valet service and that it would be best to call another dealership in Staten Island for service (finding out there is no Genesis in Staten Island). I would NEVER recommend this dealership, it makes me sorry that I even switched from Range Rover or Mercedes.

  I knew that Hyundai has worst service department but the Genesis is even worse. I bought my vehicle from Hyundai or genesis of brooklyn and it’s been a month I’m trying to get a service appointment from them. First there service department never picks up the call and if you call sales and tell them you want appointment for your vehicle they hang up on you. They owe me certain parts and things for my vehicle which the promised to deliver but never did.
