      Customer service provided by Eric Swan was unbelievably poor. Was sending me unwanted text and when I contacted him about it he can't he came at me aggressively as if I was trying to pull something on him. Is what definitely advised to stay away from this place. Eric could definitely use some customer service training.

      Terry Triplett, the agent I mostly worked with, was supportive and patient with my lack of knowledge and experience in applying for a mortgage refinance. He and Eric Swan guided me through the load of paperwork needed. Due to having a fairly heavy debt load and being a widow on social security with only part time employment, I had been told by other financial institutions that I was not eligible.
