  Vanessa has been my lender for well over a year now. I started the home buying process with her while living in Bend & continued the loan process with her when I moved back to Kansas City. On the first call she gave me all of the information I needed to know exactly what type of house I should be looking for and what I needed to be set up for future success once we found the right house. She is extremely responsive, which if you are anything like me (impatient :p) is very important. I never felt like I was bothering Vanessa with my questions and in fact, it seemed like she liked learning just as much as I did and went above and beyond looking into different loan types to help me buy a house built in the 1870s! This house did not pan out and we are still working together to find the right fit for my partner and I. She is a gem! She is also licensed in a LOT of states, anywhere where there is climbing, you have a lender in Vanessa!

She made sure to call the listing agent and advocate for me as a borrower on all of the 7 offers before I finally got one accepted. It was a pleasure working with her, her sophisticated processing and underwriting team, and Geneva in general.
