      Amanda at the Sashabaw Clarkston branch is AMAZING. She goes out of her way to greet me and always helps me with any issues. She remembered my name right away and always makes a point to help me if needed even if I am with another teller. She is knowledgeable, friendly and goes above and beyond. Chessa also is a standout at this branch. She is quick to help and friendly as well. Even when it is out the way for me, I travel a bit further to transact my business at this branch. 5 Stars all the way!

      So…why do you guys even have phones? I’ve tried every branch in the area ortonville, clarkston, lake Orion, Oxford, Waterford EVERY SINGLE BRANCH! not a single time in the last 5 month has anyone ever answered the phone. I’ve called 2-3 times for general questions and for serious account based questions and I have to call the main hub in Pontiac? Unacceptable I work in customer/client service I don’t answer MY phone and I’m fired and as I a result I hold your company to the same standards.

      This whole branch was very friendly and helpful. Huge props to Beverly J for being a super hero on my boat loan. I literally went into the office with Boat Hull ID, my phone and wallet seeking a same day boat loan. Less then an hour later I was walking out with the check for the dealer. On a Saturday no less. This branch isn't super close to my house but it may have to become the branch of choice!
