      I had the pleasure of having "Kristin, The Floater," as my representative throughout my car leasing process. She was beyond affable, gregarious, and fast-moving throughout the entirity of my process. Every question I came across, she was there with a friendly and quick-witted response in no time. I felt very comfortable and informed throughout it all. A big thank you and shout out to Kristin for her help; along with, her kind and friendly manner displayed beyond and throughout the process itself.       Agree with Stacey, I think it's their policy to never answer the phone to make you wait for call back. Even the simplest of questions expect to go in and wait in line. Also, some branches are terrible! Had bad service on Highland because they wanted me to hold up the Teller line for clarification of policy instead of letting me wait for a service rep.

      Best place for car loan rates. I've been using Genisys for years and recently transferred another loan to them. The only caveat and reason for 4 stars is you have to do direct deposit to get the best rate. The website is not user friendly and not easy to figure out how to pay the loan from your bank account.
