  The lady with black hair, glasses and tattoos (which probably shouldn’t even be showing if she works at a credit union and deals with money… looks tacky and unprofessional) was being so unbelievably rude and unfriendly. I went inside the establishment to use the coin counting machine with my boyfriend. After he got his receipt, he turned around and starts walking to the desk and she was like “did you fill the bag or not?? Did it say call assistant or not??” to which he said no and showed her the ticket. When he was finally next, he asked her to see the half dollar bag so he could see if he had enough halves to fill it. They both walk over there and immediately she says “you need to back up… back up” in a very sassy and nasty tone. No other customers were in the store expect for one person in-front of us, talking to the said “lady” so my boyfriend kind of stood off to the side waiting for them to he done. She literally starting to criticize where he was standing in line even though there wasn't a single other soul that needed help or in line; so it shouldn’t of mattered if he wasn’t in line. He was literally the only other person there. I’ve never seen someone treat someone like that in customer service especially at a banking establishment, I held my self back from saying something to her because my boyfriend hates confrontation but she was being so rude to the point where I almost didn’t care and I was going to ask what her issue or problem was. I understand people have bad days, but that is no reason to treat someone like that.
