      I left my credit union of 11 years and went to Genisys, and to Wings. The service at Genisys is awesome. Products, not so much. "Opportunity Checking" is so basic you're not even allowed to deposit cash into the ATM. Had to close my account, I mean that's ridiculous. They didn't even ask me why, either. Is member retention not important?

      I always have a wonderful experience working with Genisys Credit Union staff. My family and I have several accounts with Genisys; Mortgage, car loans, credit cards, checking and savings. The staff is kind, friendly and helpful. The company’s rates and fees are amazing. Big Banks can’t even compete!
