I had a few loans that I had with other financial institutions that I was paying way to much for. Crystal at the Sterling heights branch helped me refinance them all with way better interest rates. She rocks!!!

If you are in the market for low rates and what appears to be a great financing company BEWARE. Genisys Credit Union will offer you an amazing low rate, and be incredibly friendly about it, until they add a premium to your note with no explanation what so ever. With no explanation and no notification they added $3000.68 to my loan balance. Avoid this company at all cost.
