      I love this bank. The staff is always super friendly and willing to go above and beyond to help. Beth Ann at the Deer Lake branch is Awesome. She always professional, has a great attitude and is eager to help. I've had the pleasure of working with her on multiple occasions and it always feels like I'm dealing/talking with a friend I've known my whole life. All around just a great experience, everytime!! Highly recommend Genisys Credit Union!

      For over 20 years this Credit Union has treated me as family. It is a pleasure to deal with them in person, on the phone and even via the internet. Whenever there has been an apparent problem, their representatives responded beyond my expectations to resolve the issue. I have several accounts with them and insist my car dealer place my loans with them.
