      I just want to say Hooray for Ms. Kat Brown. I went to the branch, I called three times, I even did the chat online nobody could help me but miss Kat Brown of Genesis headquarters resolve my problems was very patient and did a very professional job, thank you, we need more people like her working in the service industry

      Guess you don't realize how bad things are until you have problems. I have money stolen out of my checking and off my credit card but can't seem to get help, absolutely ridiculous!!! I've spent hours on the phone and STILL have NOT spoke to anyone. My money has been missing almost 2 weeks!!!!!! I work hard for my money and should NOT have to make several calls just to speak with someone. Time to close out my accounts, loan, credit cards and go elsewhere. Would NOT recommend this credit union

      So I have been a member at this credit Union for over 25 years and Janice has been amazing face to see and welcoming i love seeing her every time I come in.
